The original storefront is removed, expanding the sidewalk into the store. The side of an aluminum beverage truck is positioned parallel to the storefront in a recessed position. As the new façade, it opens and closes, allowing interaction with customers, displaying the baked items, highlighting the store branding, and concealing the store operations.
