NORTHEASTERN / FORSYTH
we collaborated with Northeastern University to reimagine the 452 Huntington Avenue corridor, merging the university's educational objectives with sustainable and user-centered design. This project introduced vibrant, accessible public spaces that seamlessly connect the university with Boston’s Avenue of the Arts. Key features include a pedestrian passage that enhances connectivity, open courtyards, and dynamic ground-floor programming to encourage community engagement. The design emphasizes environmental sustainability, pedestrian safety, and integration with local cultural landmarks, reinforcing the area’s identity as a bustling, inclusive urban space.
