WACO ARTPLACE
Waco ARTPLACE is an arts education center dedicated to youth and community programs. Building on the success of their annual festival, Waco Arts Fest is establishing a permanent home to host year-round programs and events.
The project repurposes a 4,000-square-foot brick building located at the corner of Elm Avenue and Dallas Street in East Waco, complemented by a 3,500-square-foot addition constructed from shipping containers. The existing building will house art workshops and a lecture hall, while the new addition will feature a reception area, café, and versatile spaces for gatherings and classes.
