WE START WITH THE THINGS WE FIND
concept & vision
for 3 years we designed and built these one-night environments for BAM's galas. We played with garbage bags and TV sets, bringing digital faces at the dinner table; then with fluorescent tubes running through the diners and mirrored above them, immersing them in blue light and glowing text; and lastly enveloped extra long tables within digital walls of projections
impact & significance
testing the ephemeral quality of construction materials, moving light, reflection, moving image, to transform the dinner experience, radically and playfully
