concept & vision
we fold the extra-large graphics of the store sign in three-dimensional space - floor, side walls, ceiling - over the raw stripped surfaces of the shop. We build the back wall with shipping pallets lined with blue tarpaulin to conceal the space behind. The pallet wall central portion holds counter and cash register, and a jewelry case. It rolls forward stretching its blue lining to generate the fitting room. Straight steel and wood lines emerge from this wall as clothing racks, shelves, and lighting fixtures running across the space. The shop window is fit with 3 vertical old TV monitors for video display
