concept & vision
we graft a T-shape container structure onto an existing building and connect the two through large circular openings and a mirroring graphic treatment both at the front and rear of the building
design & architecture
open floor-through lofts at every level and a commercial space at ground occupy the enlarged building
impact & significance
a clear addition, readable in terms of material and volume, in response to a change in zoning
